A great way to create powerful innovation is to work with a business model expert to co-create or brainstorm innovative ideas. That’s why we created the Business Model Innovation Coach Program. Here’s some of the benefits you can expect from working with a Certified Business Model Analyst:

Unfortunately, there’s no magic workbook or video to help with these issues. The only way to fully capitalize on your ideas is to brainstorm and co-create with a live human being – not a recording or magic training course. It would be even better if you could co-create with a business model expert, right? The Business Model Innovation Coach program pairs you with a Certified Business Model Analyst from the Institute to create powerful business model innovation. You will get:
- 6 one-on-one phone brainstorming and training sessions (45 minutes each)
- Sessions spaced to accommodate your work pace (but no longer than 1 month apart)
- The opportunity to closely interact with a business model expert to brainstorm ideas
- Coach can hold you accountable to your goals if desired
- Cost of the sessions is $1250
The Business Model Institute believes that a unique business model is important for us too. We offer the first session for this program at no cost or obligation. You will have the opportunity to work with your coach and determine if the process is a fit for you.
